1. Services Provided by Buckle Up Property Services offers residential and/or commercial cleaning and maintenance services as described on our website or service materials. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings and Appointments
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.We require accurate property details and access instructions at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason including unsafe environments, incomplete information, or non-compliance with these Terms.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are provided upfront and may vary depending on property size, condition, and service requirements.
Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of $200. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances including staff illness or extreme weather.
5. Access and Safety
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
Pets must be secured, and hazardous materials or environments must be disclosed prior to service.
We reserve the right to terminate service if we believe the working environment is unsafe.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a return visit to address any reasonable issues at no extra charge.
7. Liability
While we take utmost care, Buckle Up Property Services is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to property or surfaces.
Damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance of fixtures.
Items not disclosed or excluded in the service agreement.
We carry public liability insurance to cover accidents or damages directly caused by our team.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Remove valuables and fragile items from areas to be cleaned.
Provide accurate information and instructions.
Ensure timely payment for services rendered.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used to provide services and for legitimate business purposes.
10. Changes to Terms
Buckle Up Property Services may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria Australia], and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
